door panel removal?

HELP HELP HELP Please tell me how to remove the door panel? My window went down on it's own and will not roll up. I need to take a look see at it.

If your is power windows, remove arm rest screws and using a panel tool (looks like a weeding tool) to pop the plastic fir trees off around the outside of the panel between panel and metal door. Pull up from rear part of the door panel. Then disconnect the electrics. Lower the glass first. Did your fall in or stuck because of electrical failure?

If not power windows, remove window crank first (there is a clip holding it).
