Front bumper falling off

I have a 96 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I was recently in a front end bumper accident. The bumper is now very loose, but it doesn't appear to have any damage. It also looks like it was only attached by clips? The metal frame behind the bumper is partially dented in. Is it simple enough for me to
re-install the bumper myself? Where can I get the (clips)?
