steering wheel locked

I have 79 Chevy truck. The ignition is busted and the steering wheel is locked. I want to unlock it so i can move, but i dont want to buy a new ignition, any ideas on how i can do that?

Ignition popper... Unless your stealing it, then I didn't say nothing..
