Clear Coat?!?!?!

:rolleyes: i have a question on using clear coat:bloated:i have both plasti-coat and dupli-color paints :rolleyes: but only have dupli-color clear coat, :confused:i was wondering if there is anyway that i can use the dupli-color clear on top of the plasti-coat color? also can i use the clear on top of an enamel:confused:

Don't spray either of those clearcoats over enamel or you'll want to do this: :newburn: ! You can use Duplicolor's clear over Plasti-Kote paint but I would recommend Plasti-Kote's clear rather than Duplicolor's unless you use the clear that comes with the Mirage set of paints. Plasti-Kote polishes out really well but it takes some effort. Hope this helps! Tamiya gives a good hard clear also.

Shouldn't be a problem but test first to make sure.:)
