What kind of help do you expect?
Some kind of magical genie to make the smoke disappear?
Your van is burning oil, rings on pistons are shot, or valves are burnt.
Get a new van. The end.

If you can, have a compression test done to check the condition of your motor. A compression test can narrow down the problem to either worn rings (worst case) or leaking valve seals. Unfornately the cost will still be an issue. It may be more economical to get a used vehicle if you cannot afford to fix your van.

Welcome to AF!!

How many miles are on your van? Unfortunately as engines wear they will burn oil. Seals or rings can be the cause of the smoking. You can try several products especially if it is a ring issue. Restore used in the oil will decrease oil consumption. There are other treatments that will condition seals and possibly stop the smoking but unfortunately, you may need to to do some major repair work to get the van to pass emissions.
