Over heating: water pump?

My 92 Geo is over heating. I've changed the thermostat, but it's still running hot. I can only think it's the water pump or radiator, but to change the water pump looks like a MAJOR job. Any advice on changing the water pump and pulling the timing cover?

Take a closer look it is actually easy to replace. You don't really need any special tools to replace the pump. How hot is it running you sure the waterpump is the culprit? If you put your hand on the upper pipe from the radiator do you feel fluid running through it. (be carefull it needs to be operating temp for the tstat to be opened so you can feel the fluid rush through.. plus it'll be hot).
