Fuse Question

I have inherited a 2000 XTerra as a work vehicle from my company. I have noticed that the lower 12V DC outlet does not work and that the fog lights are also out. Unable to find a fuse diagram, I am turning to all of you experts to see if you can help. Do these items run off of a single fuse or should I start looking at bulbs, etc for the lights? I also have an interesting issue with the cabin fan switch in that positions 2 and 3 are reversed. Position 2 blows harder than position 3. Any ideas???

The accessory fuse is in the engine bay. Look for a black plastic box on the passenger fender side. It has the relays as well.
