Lots of racing seats recline. You just need to check around. Best way to tell is from the pics of the seats. Most if not all non-reclineing seats dont have a break point where the seat meets the back rest. It makes more of a curve for better hold and comfort. Where as the recliners have the break so the seat has a reclineing point of shift.

www.gravanatuning.com has a good deal going with Tenzo R seats, you get a pair, with sliders and brackets.

If it tends to get really hot where you live I would say no. My wife has leather seats in her car and here in the summer you can litterally smell your legs or anything else burning to the seat. Its just wrong in sooooo many ways.

If it tends to get really hot where you live I would say no. yeah it tends to get alittle warm here in the summer BUT I still think the leather would be wayyyy more comfortable.

tinted windows i think are a must with leather so they keep their look and keep some heat out, but they are also cold in the winter

Honestly cloth ones are better, but only the higher end seats. I hate the leather in my PT cruiser.
