2001 G.Cherokee Dimmer switch

Dimmer switch has went bad .How hard of a job is this to replace? Thanks!

This the dimmer switch on the multifunction stalk (turn signals, lights, etc), right??

If so, you've got to replace the entire unit. Pretty easy repair, remove the shroud from the steering column, undo the electrical connections and unscrew the unit. Installation reverse. I'm thinking it's a dealer item.
