Hey I am VERY new to this whole car thing but I do know I want a sick car. I want to get nos so I am reading up on what i need to do to put nos in. I also just want to know should I get neons or no and how much do they cost?? (or what ever those cool looking lights are under the car ). I am either getting a civic , prelude or maybe a jetta and I got 22 000$ to spend(after the car) witch one should I get and where do I start.

Well, first of all, it's called Nitrous not nos. Nos stands for Nitrous Oxzide Systems, in other words, a brand. Remember that so you won't get flamed for calling it nos on forums.
About neons, I don't really care for em', but whatever you like. A decent system will probally run ya about 170 bucks. Check out www.streetglow.com for a more accurate price.
About the tires, check out www.tirerack.com for a good size & choice.
About what kinda car you should get...you said you got 22,000 grand to spend after you get the car?! Well, seeing as how you posted this in the Mitsubishi forum, you must like Mitsu's. So ditch those other cars & try n' find ya a nice 2g awd model. You'll have a killer motor to work with plus great traction. Here's some more referances for DSMs;
www.dsmtuners.com (I'm there as Misundaztood as well)
www.dsmtalk.com
But however this is just my opinion, so do what you want, dude.
Good luck. :)
