Camera set up help needed

I'm going to be taking pictures of a play tonight at church for my mom. There will be your standard stage lighting. I want to know how I should set up my camera to get the best photos. What ISO, f-stop, shutter speed, and the likes. I know I won't want to use the flash due to washing out and distraction.

Knowing what camera you have would help. :)

I got it figured out anyways. Went up a bit early and played around with the settings till I got a good one.
