Oops, I coulda sworn I posted D: Oh well
Listen, while I hate to sound cruel, your picture would not seem copied to any artist who's been here for any length of time. Your tires are off camber, your doorhandle is too small, your air vents are disproportionate, your elipses are off, your lines are wobbly, among a host of other things. Now, while I might sound like an asshole, I'm trying to give you things to improve on so that your next drawing can be much better.
The shading, on the other hand, you shouldn't try untill you've mastered most of the things I've mentioned (and some I haven't, so that you can correct your own drawing, a sort of, artistic proofreading). THEN look for a shading tutorial, shading is all about adding value to a drawing. From dark to light, you need variation or else it looks bland or unrealistic. But we'll discuss that later.
