Interior light bulb help Shift console

How do I get to the light buld for the gear selector on my floor shifter. I tried to dig into it to replace it but to me it doesn't appear easy. :banghead:

Nobody? I tried and it looks like I have to take the whole assembly apart. :confused: Thanks in advance
