Most of the time when i put on the brakes, my tires sqeel really really loud so i thought i might need new pads but i checked and everythings good but it still does it.... also when i hit 70, my car starts to shake, like my steering wheel starts to shake and stuff...anyone know whats wrong?

Have the tires checked to see if you have flat spotted them. Also the vibration at 70mph sounds like either a tire out of balance, a bad wheel or a CV joint going bad. Have all of the above checked. Are you sure it is the tires squealing when you hit the brakes or is it something else? You could have an issue with glazed pads that is causing that problem.

I agree Lynn. Just because the brake pads have plenty of material left doesn't mean they won't squeal (especially cheapo off brand $15/set pads). If the surface of the rotors is mirror like smooth, and the face of the pads where they contact the rotors are polished-rock shiny, it's the glazed pads causing the squeal. The vibration could be anything from improperly torqued lug nuts warping a rotor to an out of balance tire to a bad hub, again as GTP Dad mentioned. Does the vibration occcur only when the brakes are applied, all the time, at certain speeds, etc...?
