I am building this as a replica of a 1:1 car I built but sold last year. So far I have sprayed down Tamiya Mica Silver on the body. I modified the front bumper to get rid of the fog light inserts and make it look more like a regular bumper. The interior is some dark grey that I had in the paint supply. I sprayed suade paint on the seats, armrest, and door panel inserts to give it some texture then sprayed the grey over it.
More to come. Let me know what you think.

Thanks for all the comments

Heres a little update and some extra pics. This is what the car looked like when I sold it. The engine pic is a little old. It had a red valve cover and a differnet intake manifold when it was sold.

Heres what I got done so far. Painted and polished up the body. It still needs window trim and some detailing. Detailed the dash and made a steering wheel (might redo it though). It had a detachable steering wheel. The last pics is some isc parts that are either scratch build or resin painted with various Alclad aluminum shades.

Looks good! Once suggestion though, from the pics of the seats, if you shave off the flash that sits between the edges of where the two halves meet, it would look great!

A couple of people have told me the same thing. I think I might just have to redo the seats. For the seam line reason and also the headrest are SI headrest. My civic headrest dont have the whole in the middle.

Heres a little update. Most of the motor is together. it will get dropped in pretty soon. Heres a crappy pisture but you get the idea.

is that turbo going to fit in the engine bay? you may need to make it mount a little closer to the engine block.

looks great though!!! seriously. I may build my ITR and boost it, I have a few turbo's laying around, and that manifold you have is BEAUTIFUL!! I may have to copy it. i'm guessing the tube coming up from the turbo, on the mani is the wastegate?

again, outstanding, I can't wait to see this finished!!!

Thanks everyone. I actually finished this one up today. I should have pics up by tomorrow.

rsxse240--as hard as i tried to mount the turbo closer it was just a pain. That was actually the second manifold i made. That one brought it a little closer to the block. That mani is base on the one made by South Florida Performance. You can look them up for refference pics.
