I had to go through a local dealership to get mine. And fortunately, I had a mechanic who worked there to locate the part for me. It has been so many years ago that I replaced it that I could not give you a price, Sorry. I do know that it is located under the passenger dash. There is a removable panel and it is a relay approximately 2 x 2. It may help you to search for an anti-theft relay. I'm not sure that he gave me the correct name of the part when I was replying to your original post. =(

From your other posts I believe you are looking for the theft control module (car not starting, you think its the vats key subsystem). It is located under the dash left of the steering column.
I believe your problem has nothing to do with the vats system. If you had a problem with vats, the security lamp would light up when it does not start.
You say your car will not start. Does the engine turn over and not fire, or when you turn the key nothing happens?

If your car is not turning over, I would suspect the starter solenoid getting stuck. IE engine heats up, thermal expansion takes place and freezes the solenoid. When the thing cools down, it contracts and works again.
If you have a partner to help you, you can tap on the solenoid with a small hammer while he turns the key. if it kicks over, you found your problem. (you can also try cooling it off with water from your garden hose).
I bet its the solenoid....

I do not see one listed for it.
What is up or what is it doing or not doing?

This model Regal does not have a BCM. The BCM did not come out until the 97 model year.
I believe the theft deterrent module was commonly called chime module.
