I have a 97 Regal GS. A couple of days ago my AC/Heater blower got "stuck". Even when the car is off and key is out blower is still blowing air. I took out the fuse (says High Blower 25A) and this fix the problem temporarily. I went to a garage and the guy told me it's AC/Heater control unit. I was suspicious, but my AC/Heater control unit display died 2 years ago, so I thought may be that's the end of it. So, after some reading on the net, I took out AC control unit. Guess what? Same problem. After some additional reading here, I think it has something to do with blower relay or resistor. The only problem is I don't know where any of them is located?

Welcome to AF on your first post.
You really do not have one.
Auto controls it is controled by blower mt module.
Manual controls it is part of blower mt resister block.
May be dealer oem parts only.

The blower motor control module (digital HVAC) or resistor (manual HVAC) is located behind the blower motor towards the firewall. Remove the passenger side kick panel. The blower motor must be removed to see and access it.
