Completely Off-Topic Videos (resolved)

There is a thread in the CoT for posting new video's, and stickied under "Important CoT" threads, yet people seem to post OT vids anyway as new threads. I think it'd be easier to just make a new video subforum in the CoT, then any new threads can simply be moved to the proper place, instead of being locked and asked to repost in the Video Thread.
Also, it would be easier to browse these video's as each thread would have a descriptive title, whereas browsing through a single thread could become tedious once pages and comments start to enumerate.
