A/c Question 2000 Gtp?

I had My system flushed so I can replace my compressor and accumulator. My question is what are the steps to replace the compressor and accumulator as far as how to add the compressor oil and basic stuff like that! Thanks for your help

Should I have gotten my system flushed before or after I take off the old compressor?
