95 Bird LOWER Control Arm

I had previously posted about my car's upper control arm ... however, upon further inspection, I realized that the upper control arm is fine. It is infact the lower control arm that is causing the knocking noise. The lower control arm bushing is junk and the arm is lose. I called a spring company near my house and got a price of $500 to replace both bushings and re-align the car, but this price seems a bit high. I was wondering if anyone else had recently got new bushings installed and if so, about how much it cost. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
