'97 metro clutch problems

I have seperated two clutch disks in two weeks. I have owned the car for six months and all of a sudden with now warning my clutch goes, I replaced it and a week and a half later it goes again. Looking for suggestions.
'97 metro 1.0L 5 speed.

Did you make sure it's not covered in oil?? A leaky input shaft seal or front main seal will kill a clutch really quick.
