I use polishing compound, followed by wax on faded plastic lenses.
Works pretty good unless the fading is extreme. I have to shine up my crown vics headlights about every 6 months or I cant see well in the dark.
Oreallys sells these little "scotch brite" looking sanding pads, for finishing up primer coats before you shoot your car with actual paint. Get the finest one you can they sell them in several different varieties. If you get one of those and remove the crud off those lenses, you can spray them with high gloss polyurethene enamel, and have them looking like new.

yeah works good. be sure to hit them with the polishing compound a few times first tho or the wax will dry into the oxy and turn them white. You will see the difference pretty quick. If you use a clean white rag you will see the crud coming off the lenses is tainted yellow. If you can hit us with some before and after pics. I bet you will be pleased.

Im not sure really looks like you have to lay under the bumper, and you might have to remove a piece of the black plastic air dam to expose it. A friend of mine has a car that looks almost exactly like yours, but hes removed the lights in the front bumper to run brake cooler tubes. I bet if you get together a quarter inch ratchet and grab up a 8mm and a 10mm socket, it will probably be one of those. some of the other guys on the forum who actually have one could tell you EXACTLY how to do it, but i bet if you got into position, its pretty much self explanitory.
