99 Crown Vic Keyless Entry

Hi,

Is there any (cheaper) alternative to taking my car to the dealer to determine the keyless entry code? I've checked the trunk, door panels etc and no go.

I wonder if the module is in the driver's door panel like a Continental? Check there first.

On my 99 Cv LX (not P71) it is on the hinge arm in the trunk .
