Sensors need repaired

Our 2002 concorde started sputtering and the engine light came on. It would happen once and a while at first now it happens quite often. We took it and had it put on the diagnostic machine and they said the crankshaft position sensor needed to be replaced and the camshaft position sensor needed to be replaced. Is this something you can repair your self or does it have to be taken to an automotive dealership?
