From what i can see it looks alright, reminds me of a hotwheels car. Id try to get a clearer picture so we can see some better detail and give you an accurate comment on what you should improve on.

The drawing seems to have a bit of a "graffiti" theme overall (bowtie and text telltale) so if thats your point, you've got it spot on. The far section of the car seems to take a bit of a twist which is also apparent (unless you are incenuating a bit of camber) in the wheel. I dig the coloration of the wheels and the shading of the tires too. Actually, the whole car is colored pretty well for carola pencils in my opinion. Thumbs up.

and yes i was going for that twist towards the rear part of the car-to me it gives it an aggressive look-thanx
