O2 Sensor

Hi everyone
I think I just made a very big booboo. My oxygen sensor on my 95 Sonata was broken clean off and dangling.(2L) A friend gave me a honda sensor to try out. It does fit in the exhaust pipe but the wiring is different. The Sonata has 4 wires and the honda has 1. So I cut of the 4 wires in an attempt to find the one that was signal. In doing so, the wires touched and you guessed it, big sparks.
Now the car wont run. I can start it but black smoke coming out of the exhaust and I have to keep my foot on the gas. I can hear the MFI relay on the lower right side of the passenger compartment clicking on and off like crazy. Did I just blow my computer and how and what can I check? I checked all the fuses in the passenger compartment and under the hood and all are ok. No dtc's registered even when pulling off sensors with the switch on. This happened yesterday and today the car wont even start. Buying a new ECM without knowing if mine is bad is not an option. I can not return electronic components. Please help!
