So, I got the brake pads off but I cannot get the rotor to budge. Is there another bolt that I missed? I already removed the two holding the brake calipers on. I pulled on the rotors and got nowhere.

They come off the old fashion way.
They are made on the hub.
Pull the little hub cap and remove the nut and washer holding the wheel bearing and them remove the hole thing.
You will need to repack the wheel bearings to when it is off.

This may sound stupid, but do I just pry the cap off with a screwdriver or is there a special tool I need?

I use a big pair of channel lock plyers.
