2001 suburban 12 volt rear outlet

I need help the rear otlet will not work I hve been using it then had a motor freeze up when using, so I thought it was a fuse all fuses are good, is there something else or could a relay have gone bad? aeverything else is workinging fine, well not really have other problems also
