Another no bus gage panel code HELP!!!

I tried to start my 2001 Cherokee sport this morn. and it would not start. I came home from work turned it off it was not driven all evening. It would crank fine but it was like it was not getting fuel or spark. Then I noticed the check engine light and there was a code that said no bus or no bu5, also fuel gage would not register, the lights on the dash panel works gages are dead. I have checked all the fuses, I have fully charged the battery. I can not here the fuel pump come on. Does anyone think the CPS has anything to do with it? I do not understand why the gages are not working. I would appreciate any and all help in this matter. Thanks
