Rebuilding H23A1 - what can be done? Oversize pistons etc???

I have a blown H23A1 and I'm planning to spend some money on it to rebuilt it and make it more powerfull. I've searched the web but get nothing interesting other than the fact that aftermarket, oversized pistons are available from JE.

I want to bore the block - what oversize options do I have? How big can I go? Has anyone else done anything similar? What else do I need to consider? Modify the intake? Port the head? Get bigger injectors (for sure) stronger pump? maybe a stand alone fuel system? Where do I look for all this stuff?

I'm calling on all the techies!!! Please help me find some info! What power gains can I expect - and is it worth doing this or should I just get a turbo/supercharger for my current JDM F22B (it's a replacement - close enough.)

I am commited to rebuilding my H23A1. I don't want to get an H22 (I don't need another engine!) I'm sure, that with little rebuilding (boring, porting, what have you) I can make the H23A1 a way better engine than a stock H22.

I would appreciate if anyone has info or links to websites with relevant information.
