ok im a huge fan of any skyline, i wanted to know if anyone had an idea how much an r34 tail light conversion kit would be to put on either a 96 prelude or a 98 300zx and where i may be able to find it with easy access in northern california?

You've probably found your answer by now, BUT in case, I looked into this a while back but decided that it's not for me, but anyway...

go to EBAY and get the real lights from Nissan. There really isn't a conversion kit, but if you go to any custom auto body shop, they can do it for you. I live in Albuquerque, and the job was gonna be around $100-$200.

I would imagine that it would be cheaper in California.

That would look damn good on a 300ZX, in a magazine I saw a Z32 with a very odd Fiat coupe tailight job. I guess the two would be similar, two circular lights on each side. The finished version looked great. A lot better than the original IMO.

if you want your car to look like a skyline just buy one. its not cool to be driving down the road and to see a prelude with skyline tail lights!! :nono:
