tranny help 95 civic DX

I bought a 95 Civic DX a year or so ago not running. Got it running and the automatic tranny in it worked, but not right. Now it doesn't shift out of 2nd when stopping at a light and it's starting to not shift out of 1st and 2nd while leaving a light. Today it wouldn't go into 4th at all. I was told possible sticky valve body or governor. Does anyone have an exploded view of the tranny so I know what and where to look for this.

The tranny is not shifting out of 1st and 2nd all the time so I need to get this fixed. Gonna drop the tranny pan and do a fluid change with some sea foam and see if it unsticks it.

You can download the Helms Service manual from here (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=581305). It took me about 8 minutes on a cable connection. File size should be 84.8 MB. Page 393 of 1258 is the TOC for the Automatic transmission. It should help.
