94 Sierra HVAC Module/Controls Dead

I have tried a new module. I have measured 3 points on the connector to the back of the module that are getting 14volts. The fuses are good. Any ideas?

Update to this. Can someone check what their voltage is from Battery Junction Box? I am only getting 2v dc. Is this correct?

has this been resolved? im having the same problem on my 93 sierra. im not sure if im getting the correct voltages to the hvac module. does anyone know the pins on the hvac module that are required to power up the unit? i just have a blank screen
