Is there a website I can go to, to download a set of detailed instructions with torgue specs. and so forth that will aid me in the task of replacing the head gaskets on a 2002 Monte Carlo with a 3.4L V6 engine.

Are you sure it's a head gasket and not just an intake leak? What are your symptoms?

Symptoms: multiple misfires, vacuum leak, oil in the water, and no power. Try to give it gas and it would slow or stall but not all the time. Sometime it would have plenty of power and in a split second it would have none.

sounds like an intake leak to me. A compression test would confirm, if it passes the compression test, you only need an intake gasket. When the intake gasket fails, it dumps coolant into the lifter valley and contaminates the oil. It also will create a vacuum leak that will cause surging, loss of power, random misfires and occasional hard starting.
