I just got a 1997 tacoma 4X4 about a month ago. first off i got new tires for it, BFG AllTerian 31X10.5X15, since that was an optional size tire for the truck.....once the tire was on it ended up rubbing on one of the suspension parts.....is there a way around this w/o a lift???
also would a body lift or suspension lift be better to put on 33X12.5X15 and what is a good brand lift to get?
thanks in advanced

:D
I have a 95 with a 6 inch lift. 3" body and 3:suspension. The best thing to do is buy a suspension..3". I also use 33x12.50's. trust me on the suspension lift..the body lift took forever to put on
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU COMPRESS YOUR COIL SPRINGS TO PUT LIFT BLOCKS ON YOUR FRONT STRUTS. PLEASE!!
By the way to answer your question. There is nothing you can do to stop the rubbing, unless its hitting the plastic fender well..then you can cut that to size. If its an older yota..go for the torsion bars!..it's free. :silly2:
