Delphi labor contract hearing delayed

Delphi Corp. said late Thursday that today's hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court to break its union contracts and benefit plans has been delayed until Aug. 17. Separately, Delphi said the wife of CEO Steve Miller died this morning after a brief illness.
