Braking jiggle. Warped Rotors?

Hey all, just got my 2001 Maxima, GXE. Perfectly sound, mechanic raved about it, but there is a slight jiggle or shudder when you're braking at speeds between 5 and 30 mph. I suspected warped rotors, and the mechanic confirmed the suspicion, cause he thought it was the same thing.
I just wanted to hear what y'all think before I swap them out for new ones. Pretty sure it's just the front ones, because when we did a test with the e-brake there was no shaking.
I'm probably gonna run to Autozone and get a new set to put on the front tomorrow, but wondered if you all think it could be anything else at all.
FYI: It's got 90K miles on it, everything stock, and I would be willing to bet it's got the original rotors on it.
8/14 Update: Installed the new rotors and pads, and brakes are smooth as ever.
