I have a 93 Ford ranger that has sat up for sometime. The drivers side brake caliper stuck the other day and has since un-stuck but the brake warning light stays on as well as the ABS light. how do I reset them or get them off thanks in advance

First you have to find out why they are on. Did you check the fluid level? Did you burn up a sensor for the ABS?

Yes all that was checked the only problem found was the stuck brake caliper and that is fixed

There's a good chance your vehicle had more brake issues than "one" stuck caliper. I would suggest that all wheels' brakes need to be inspected/cleaned/lubed and repaired as necessary ... all followed by a good fluid replacement and bleeding.
The ABS is probably correctly reporting that some other wheel-brake is sticking or not braking well.
