Rear Suspension???

1993 Custom Buick LeSabre

I believe my rear shocks/struts (I don't know if this car has shocks or struts in the rear) are beginning to show signs of weakening. The rear bounces a little as I pass over speed bumps and things like that. And the rear is noticeably lower than the front. I was just wondering what brand of shock/strut should I go with for this Buick? I'm told it currently has McPherson shocks/struts. I usually go with Monroe Sensatrac. I'm looking for the best shock/strut for my dollar.

Lesabre has struts on the rear. As far as brand, I feel its a personal choice more than anything since they are a wear item and get changed on a periodic basis.

As far as your ride heigth is concerned, this comes from your SPRINGS, not your struts/shocks. If its a little saggy and bouncy, plan on replacing struts, springs, and mounts.
