alright now i rebuilt everything in my car. i replaced every sensor and have pretty much everything new. now when i start my car it idles at like 800 which i think is what it should be now when i drive around and the car warms up it idles at like 2500 for some screwed up reason. it doesnt surge or anything like that i used to have idle surge thats why i replaced everything it just goes up and stays there i tried adjusting everything and checked my timing i just dont know why it keeps doing that and its getting annoying

Did you try to adjust the TB cable ? BTW try to adjust the cable, when the car is high idle, the rpm should drop. Another reason that cause high idle is your ISC ( Idle sensor control ) or you can call it IAC ( Idle air control ), that gone bad, try take it out and test with ohm meter, let me find the link show how to test, BRB.

actually when you first start the car it should idle at around 1200 rpms it makes itself get to running temp faster. after it warms up it should be atround 750-800 whitch i dont know any eclipse that has a perfect idle.

I have posted the best procedure I've found yet for adjusting the throttle cable. Give that a shot. A high warm idle is almost always cable adjustment, the jacket expands with heat and pulls the throttle open.
