1990 k 1500 nv 3500 4x4 5spd HELP PLEASE?

hi ive got a 1990 k1500 4x4 with a getrag nv 3500 thats completely toast, not worth fixing, i want to stay with the stick and im having way to much trouble finding one to replace it, for a reasonable price, 1000 isnt reasonable too me if anyone out there can help me id really appreciate it thanks guys :banghead:

Looks like according to internet prices your best bet is going to find one locally from an individual. If you have to dish out some money and plan on keeping the truck I'd upgrade to the NV4500.

yea definetly but i cant find one, and id love to go with a 4500but those are even harder to find, i just have a hard time paying 800 for a trans when i can get a 700r and t case for about 200, ya know thanks
