thermostat-fan switch suggestion

okay.. finally looking to swapping out my thermostat and installing a lower temp fan switch.. I have temperate weather all year round (meaning nothing freezes down here). would a 180* thermostat work well with this: "Fan Control, Thermostatic, 200 Degrees On/185 Degrees Off".... :licka:

... or perhaps 176 Degrees On/166 Degrees Off
