carb problems need urgent assistance

i have a 82 camaro z28 i have pulled the motor out and put a 305 HO out of a 87 monte carlo ss. i have gone through two quadrajets, and also two holly's and on all the carbs they all started leaking at the float bowl and secondaries. on the last carb it was a brand new holly stage 3 600 cfm and im using a round bore to square bore adaptor plate which i know is not the best rout but finances is a slight problem. on the last carb it worked perfect for two weeks then all of a sudden the float bowl started leaking and at idle it was just dumping fuel into the rear secondaries. i then looked at the engine mount fuel pump and it started leaking if there is anyone out there that has ne advice on what is goin on it would be greatly appreciated.:banghead:

he said he has an "engine mount fuel pump" so it is mechanical.
check your fuel pressure, if you have a 110gph fuel pump, you should be running around 6psi

I dont have the same engine has you, well I kinda do mine is just a plain 305.
But I had a similar problem with leaking fuel outta the floatbowl area. after I rebuilt it i didnt put thread locker on the bolts, and they kept shaking loose.
Try thread locking the bolts and hope it doesnt leak. Make sure its the locker that lets you remove the bolts later if you need to :thumbsup:
