Major BOV problem

Ok so I just bought a USED greddy type s bov on ebay and I just installed it 2 days ago and this morning I went out to try and "fine tune" it and on my third or forth adjustment when I went to turn the nut it didnt fell very snug so I tightened it a little more and then screw just popped up. When I got home I took off the entire screw. When I looked in the hole where the screw goes the threads were gone. Now I obviously need a new bov now or is it possible to get it re-threaded?? It would still be ok to drive my car right, I just wouldnt get any boost.

do you still have stock bov ? use that for now and try to boost low. You can rethread and use different screw side.

I still have the stock bov, but I just installed a new pipeing kit and I dont have the time to take it all off. But re-threading it will work?

yes if the thread is strip, use a rethread tool, btw use the little big side screw then your old one. good luck. While you at it do the single spring mod on your type s.
