'90 cutlass supr won't respond to throttle

Car starts right up. Idles a little rough, as soon as I press on the gas peddle it chokes. I seems to me it wasn't getting fuel but it idles and there's pressure at the fuel rail valve. Next I checked the tps with an ohmmeter. No opens in the sensor. Please help :banghead:

Welcome to AF, pressure in the rail but how much, get a gage on it it look for at least 35 psi, 3.1 we assume?
