Exhausted

Hello AF, i have a 01 Monte Carlo ss, anyone know what brand muffler would i need to get it to sound as close as possible to a V8 Camaro, if possible, i just dont wont it to sound so V6ish. I love flowmaster but i just dont know how they sound on these cars. Any help...pls.

I took mine off and put straight pipes :) You will NEVER EVER EVER get a v8 sound of a V6 but you can get pretty damn close. My suggestion would be to take the resignator out (thats the most important part) then go with bigger pipes and flowmasters. But the resignator is key.... trust me. When i took my mufflers off and left the resignator, the car was suprisingly quite, but after the resignator... watch out.
