A bit rough in at idle when in gear

Whenever I'm idling, and in gear, my car shakes a bit. When I'm idling and move it to neutral, the shaking goes away.

I figure that something has worn out somewhere in the power train. Is this it? If so, how might I narrow down the problem to a particular part (or parts)?
