Gonna need more details. Does the blower motor work (ie: with the blower turned on, you can feel air coming out the vents at the expected rate)? Have you made sure the air is purged from your cooling system? Check the level again. Are the heater hoses warm on the inlet and outlet sides (so that you can be comfortable coolant is flowing through the heater core)?

-Rod Blower motor works, air flow is good but cold. heater core hoses: one hot the other not so hot. air was purged from system.

If the inlet and outlet hoses are not really close to the same temperature, it sounds as if the flow through the heater core is probably restricted. Maybe when the core was flushed, it was flushed backwards and plugged itself up worse.
I'll have to check the manual to make sure there is not a heater control valve hidden in the housing somewhere. I don't think there is.

Try back-flushing the heater core with a water hose.

The diagram doesn't show any heater control valve in the system, but if the heater core is open and flowing properly, the next step would be to investigate the A/C blend door electric motor for proper operation.
