Type-S engine had ATTS, so count that out on trying to shoehorn it in your 4th gen.

The pistons will be ok in your motor, but the Type S cams will damage it if you try to add those pieces.

On stock usdm valve springs, the type s cams will wear them out faster

Doesn't the Type S head also have a very mild p&p to go with the cam profiles in there?

i believe so

btw: im not saying the type s wont work just that they will wear out your stock springs faster than normal

its not the springs you have to worry about. There are a couple of other things that are more important
1) rocker arms
2) retainer to valve guide/seal clearance

In the type S head, the valve guides are seated lower into the head to give more clearance for the larger lift. This clearance issue with the valve guides in turn effects the rocker arms that control the valves, therefore scarring and misshaping them arms are wearing down the cam lobes.
