2002 Sienna - Fuel Filter Location

Where is the fuel filter on subject van located, and does it require any special tools or fuel pressure bleeding to replace. PLS advise

I just checked on 2000. Dealer parts person told me that the Sienna fuel filters are lifetime and do not need to be replaced. I'm still checking it out to see if he was right.
